He just lost his father, Sir Arthur Okowa today January 28, 2021.
The death of the father of the number one citizen of the oil rich state reportedly came to be after brief illness.
Hailed from Owa Alero, Ika North East Local Government Area of Delta State, Sir Okowa, 87, breathed his last at the Federal Medical Centre Asaba, Delta State.
