Goldberg Delivers A Memorable Finale To Ariya Repete After 10 Weeks Of Impressive Performances

After 10 weeks of some exhilarating music performances, Ariya Repete finally comes to an impressive conclusion. This edition of the show was hosted by VJ Adams, and he was joined by Sound Sultan, ID Cabasa and Puffy T as judges.

Following up on last year’s widely acclaimed edition, the show casted a spotlight on some burgeoning talents in Nigerian music, particularly in Fuji, Juji, and Yoruba Hip-hop. Despite employing a different format for selection and progression, the show still managed to replicate and surpass the impressive levels of entertainment from the last season. Buoyed by the Omoluabi mantra, this year’s edition sought to further establish Golberg as the true flag bearers of Indegenous Nigerian music.

The winners on the night were awarded with prize money in the sum of 3 million Naira, and all finalists showed their class and prowess with a final performance that will not be forgotten soon. Olamide also delivered a remarkable performance, as he continues his impressive streak since the release of his 2020 album “Carpe Diem”.

One of the winners of the night, Babatunde Abideen (Babzman) shared his excitement saying – “I am lost for words. All I can say is thank you to Goldberg Lager for this opportunity. I will never forget this.”

These sentiments were echoed by Portfolio Manager, Mainstream Lager, Omotunde Adenusi who said, “It’s been a great show, and I’m glad to see these talented acts emerge as winners. I believe, however, that everyone who has come on the show is a winner, and we are proud of the talents we have uncovered over the course of these two months.”

This marks the conclusion of the eighth season of Ariya Repete. The show which initially featured only a Fuji category, has now grown to become a contemporary staple, while still maintaining its rich indegenous roots. This perfect blend has made Ariya Repete and Goldberg one of the most laudable brands in Nigeria, and across the continent.

With eight impressive seasons under its belt, Goldberg Lager can certainly be considered as one of the most consistent beer brands in the country.
