Honourable Speaker Abok Ayuba Nuhu has been impeached.
The impeached legislator is the Speaker of Plateau State House of Assembly.
His impeachment took place today, Thursday, October 28, 2021.
16 out of the 24 members of the assembly reportedly sealed his faith at a hurriedly put together plenary.
Hon. Sanda Yakubu, the member representing Pengana constituency of Bassa Local Government Area of the state is to have been sworn-in as his replacement.
