MTN, in partnership with Udux, a music streaming platform, made history once again as the digital solutions company with its pulse on technology and entertainment. Recently, MTN customers got free access to watch Davido live at the O2 concert exclusively on the uduX music app. A total of 718,368 music fans tuned in according to Udux.
Music enthusiasts who missed the live concert can visit https://wrblo2.udux.com/ to stream the show and watch all the exclusive behind-the-scenes footage. Other entertainment options that will be available for viewing include dressing room banter, rehearsal sessions, and the full immersive experience as it happened live at the O2 Arena in London.
This is not the first time MTN Nigeria will partner with uduX, as both entities delivered a successful all-inclusive live experience in November 2021 to Nigerians. The innovative experience featured Grammy Award-winning Nigerian artiste, Ayodeji ‘Wizkid’ Balogun on the London tour of his hit album, Made in Lagos where he performed to more than 20,000 fans at the iconic O2 Arena.
The partnership ties into MTN’s new positioning as a digital-first entity, whilst facilitating the enablement of African cultural exports to a global audience as well as uduX’s “Africa to the World” initiative, to showcase Africa’s artists on the global stage.
