Aiyedatiwa Discusses Ondo’s Interests At Meeting With Marine & Blue Economy Minister, Oyetola

Ondo State Governor, Hon Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, on Tuesday met with the Minister of Marine and Blue Economy and former Osun State Governor, Mr. Adegboyega Oyetola, to discuss the interests of Ondo State in the blue economy policy of the federal government.

The Governor and the Minister met behind closed doors in his office at the headquarters of the Ministry of Transport in Abuja.

Part of the discussion centred on the development of a Sea Port in Ondo State which the federal government approved a licence for last year.

Governor Aiyedatiwa had recently stated that the development of Port Ondo remains a major priority for his administration.

Already, a number of foreign and local investors have signified interests in the development of the sea port and other businesses around it.
