Gov Eno Rejoices With Obong Attah At 86

The Governor of Akwa Ibom State, Pastor Umo Eno, PhD, has sent his birthday felicitations to the former Governor of Akwa Ibom State, Arc. (Obong) Victor Attah on the occasion of his 86th birthday.

In a birthday message released by his Chief Press Secretary, Ekerete Udoh, Governor Eno eulogized the former Governor for his service to the State and Statesmanly disposition since leaving office.

“On behalf of the Government and people of Akwa Ibom
State, I celebrate you today, on the occasion of your 86th Birthday.

“We thank God for the gift of good health and longevity; we thank God for the blessing of a sound mind, we thank God for the great foundation of growth and development you had laid for our State, which we, your successors have been building on and expanding.

“You have been a statesman, a voice of reason and rationality and above all an architect of peace and unity.

“Thank you for standing up to fight for ideals that were necessary and proper, equitable and fair.

“As you celebrate your birthday today, we pray God for more robust health and a sound mind.

“Happy birthday once again, Sir.”
