Lagos Speaker Obasa Impeached

The Speaker of the Lagos State House of Assembly, Mudashiru Obasa has been Impeached.

His impeachment came to be today, January 13, 2025, following allegations of financial misconducts by his fellow legislators.

Hon. Mojisola Meranda, has immediately been elected as his replacement.
