BUA Group Dispels Claims Of ‘Corporate War’ With Competitor

BUA Group has reacted to online publications and videos suggesting it’s entangled in a ‘corporate war’ with a competitor.

The Nigerian Conglomerate with interests in foods,infrastructure, mining and manufacturing sectors of the economy officially responded via a statement titled “PUBLIC NOTICE: BUA’S POSITION ON RECENT ONLINE PUBLICATIONS AND VIDEOS.”

The statement, signed by the management of the business entity founded in 1988 by billionaire Abdul Samad Rabiu, outrightly dismissed the claims as unfounded.

The attention of BUA Group has been drawn to various posts and online videos suggesting a purported ‘corporate war’ between BUA and a competitor.

We wish to categorically dissociate ourselves from such publications and unequivocally state that BUA neither endorses nor supports such narratives.

BUA remains committed to fostering healthy business practices and contributing positively to Nigeria’s economic growth.
