Recently, the founder and chairman of Zenith Bank, Mr Jim Ovia alongside the financial institution’s Chief Executive Officer, Dame Adaora Umeoji, signed the Nigerian Foreign Exchange Code (FX Code).

Supervised by Olayemi Cardoso, the Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), the signing took place at the office complex of the apex bank in Abuja.

The Nigerian Foreign Exchange (FX) Code is a set of guidelines for the Nigerian foreign exchange market. 

The code, according to information, is designed to promote promote transparency, fairness and integrity in the Foreign Exchange market.
