When you are the boss, it’s indisputable. Have you ever heard Teni’s Billionaire song? It’s the perfect analogy for this. Last week, MTN’s first one-day Kid-CEO assumed office and Lagos stopped for him to ‘flex’. Adeola Ademuwa Ifeoluwa, the Kid-CEO, stepped into MTN plaza on Thursday, December 5, 2019, and everything changed!

By the time he clocked out of the office (Ikoyi headquarters) after a very busy day, Lagos had come to his doorsteps to pay homage. He wouldn’t stop grinning! Who would? He won the mPulse-sponsored  Lagos State Private Schools Spelling Bee.

He got to meet royalty when the Oba of Lagos, HRM Oba Rilwan Akiolu, arrived at the 5G demonstration which took place at the same venue. The well-spoken monarch encouraged him on his path and gave us all a crash course on Yoruba history.

The Kid-CEO met Nigerian superstars! Dakore Egbuson-Akande, actress and producer, and multi-talented singer and vocalist, Praiz, were all itching to get photos with the whiz-kid. Lol.

He also got to discuss some important matters with the Secretary to the Lagos State Government, Mrs. Folashade Jaji. Well, they seemed so engrossed in their conversation we couldn’t tell if they discussed more. Later, she advised that he must strive to be an actual CEO in a few years, given his stellar performance. Yes to that, ma’m!
