Globacom Extends Warm Easter Greetings to Nigerians

National telecommunications operator, Globacom, has extended its warm greetings to the Christian community across Nigeria as they join the global celebration of Easter.

This annual festival, which marks the end of the 40-day Lenten season, commemorates the crucifixion and the subsequent resurrection of Jesus Christ.

In a goodwill message released in Lagos, the company commended the faithful for their spiritual perseverance during the fasting period. Encouraging Nigerians to embody the core values of the season.

Globacom noted: “Christ made Himself a perfect exemplar of these tenets in the way He lived and died for mankind.
We all should ractice the teachings of Christ in order for us to enjoy a more peaceful and prosperous nation.”.

Reflecting on the deeper significance of the holiday, the telecommunications giant emphasized that the resurrection serves as a source of national inspiration.

According to Globacom, “Easter reminds us of hope reborn, love unending, and the triumph of light over darkness. It teaches sacrifice, forgiveness, and the power of faith even in uncertain times”

The message further urged citizens to “extend kindness to others, and walk in humility and grace. Let the resurrection story inspire courage to rise above challenges and live purposefully”.

To ensure a smooth celebration, Globacom reaffirmed its commitment to providing high-quality connectivity for its customers.
