Yesterday, Saturday, June 21, 2020, Police in Ondo State stopped one of the official vehicles of Deputy Governor Agboola Ajayi from going out the of Government House.
The police action was allegedly on the order of the state governor, Arakunrin Rotimi Akeredolu.
The encounter reportedly lasted for four hours.
Mr Ajayi has been at odds with his boss over planned defection to the opposition Peoples Democratic Party.
