Mele Kyari Announces Death Of Another Ex-NNPC GMD Joseph Dawha

The Group Managing Director of Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, Mele Kyari just announced the death of another former boss of the the nation’s oil company, Dr Joseph Thlama Dawha.

Mr Thlama Dawha reportedly passed on today, August 3, 2020.

Sadly, his demise is coming two months after the death of immediate past chief executive officer of the corporation, Maikanti Baru.

Baru breathed his last on May 29, 2020.

Here is how Mr Kyari broke the sad news of Dr Thlama Dawha’s passage via his twitter handle…

“The NNPC family regrets to announce the passing away of Dr Joseph Thlama Dawha, GMD NNPC 2014- 2015 after a brief illness. We remember his astute leadership and immense contributions to the progress of the Corporation. It’s a great loss to us, the nation and the family,”
