Ogun State politician and former senator, Buruji Kashamu has been buried.
Huge Crowd Attend Buruji Kashamu’s Burial In Flagrant Disobedience Of COVID-19 Rules In Ogun State
Kashamu died on Saturday, August 8, 2020 at the First Cardiology Consultants hospital in Lagos.
He reportedly died of COVID-19 complications.
The remains of the ex-lawmaker who represented Ogun East Senatorial District in the Senate between 2015 and 2019 were buried on Sunday, August 9, 2020.
The burial took place at his Ijebu Igbo, Ogun state home few minutes to 1pm in accordance with Islamic injunction.

Big names at Kashamu’s burial include Ogun State governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun, Speaker of the state House of Assembly, Kunle Oluomo, immediate past governor of Ogun State, Senator Ibikunle Amosun as well as former deputy governors Senator Gbenga Kaka and Segun Adesegun.
