Godwin Obaseki Reelected Governor Of Edo State

The candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Godwin Obaseki has been reelected as the governor of Edo State.

He polled 30,7955 vote to defeat his rival and the candidate of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu.

Ize-Iyamu who was trounced in his Orhionmwon Local government Area incumbent governor Obaseki scored 223,619 votes.

The election held yesterday, September 19, 2020.
