And Osogbo, Osun State capital is the location of the hospitality center the ex-lawmaker is, at present, giving much attention, highstreet.ng reliably pieced together.
Its specifically sited in Oroki Estate area of Osogbo the state capital, a source who is familiar with the hotel project told Highstreet.ng.
Available information revealed former Deputy Speaker Lasun’s under construction hotel to be a big money project.
Mr Lasun’s money spinning hotel is sitting on a wide expanse of land, the familiar source further stated.
And he visits the site regularly to ensure things go according to plan, an insider maintained.
Checks by highstreet.ng showed Mr Yusuf Lasun’s hotel would display all of 100 rooms -top of the notch bar, gym, swimming pool among other facilities – on completion.
Also there are indications the artisans handling the project have till third week in the month of December to deliver the Osun State born politician’s new investment.
