Why Billionaire Taiwo Afolabi Is Very Angry At Moment

Billionaire businessman Taiwo Afolabi is very angry at the moment, information at the disposal of highstreet.ng has revealed.

Mr Afolabi is the boss of big name in the maritime industry, Sifax Group.

Sources disclosed the state of mind of the business mogul who had recently embarked on big money properties acquisition spree has to do with another N3billion property he has shown interest in.

And his anger, according to information, is directed at one of his trusted men who was drafted to negotiate the property deal on behalf of the Sifax group.

His sin is straight forward, he wants to corner all of N500million from the deal through the back door, an insider disclosed.

And the Sifax group chief, on getting wind of development, became very angry and had to immediately show the erring employee the way out of his business, a source told highstreet.ng.

“I understand Mr Afolabi wanted to buy another property in Lagos State… That was a couple of weeks back. The property was put up for sale for N3billion… But one of the staff he asked to negotiate the acquisition on behalf of Sifax inflated the price with additional N500million… And the chairman got to know about it, hence the situation at hand,” a source gave an insight.

Checks revealed Apapa axis of Lagos State as the location of the property that set the sacked employee against the billionaire businessman.
