Zenith Bank’s Services Fully Restored With IT Infrastructure Upgrade

Zenith Bank has fully restored services across all its payment channels following significant progress in its ongoing IT infrastructure upgrade.

“We sincerely apologize for the recent service disruptions,” the bank said in a statement on Thursday, October 3, 2024, announcing the return to improved services.

Customers can now perform transactions smoothly using the following Zenith Bank channels: Zenith Debit Card, Zenith Bank Mobile App, Zenith Internet Banking Platform, and Zenith Agents nationwide (Agent Banking).

The IT infrastructure upgrade is part of the bank’s broader effort to accelerate digital transformation and strengthen its leadership in Nigeria’s rapidly evolving financial landscape.
