Another Big Money Project Of Billionaire Dangote Taking Shape

Aside from Dangote Refinery, the richest man in Africa, Aliko Dangote has another big-money project that is getting all his attention.

And it is the development of the headquarters building of the conglomerate he founded in 1981.

Described as very close to his heart, the project was flagged off in October 2018.

Located on high brow Alfred Rewani Road and being handled by Dangote Projects – a subsidiary of Dangote Industries Limited – the structure will be an 18 storey high on completion.

It is specifically located before Ineh-Mic Auto Sales shop and a stone’s throw from Union Marble House where the top Nigerian conglomerate currently operates from.

Union Marble House has Oye Hassan Odukale-led Leadway Pensure Pfa Limited as its current owner, checks by highstreet.ng revealed.

Interestingly, fellow billionaires Abdul Samad Rabiu’s BUA Group and Folorunsho Alakija’s Famfa Oil have already erected similar structures in the vicinity.

Checks by highstreet.ng showed the under construction edifice is gradually taking shape.

A recent visit to the site by highstreet,ng revealed multiple companies handling this and that as far as the project is concerned are currently working on the 15th floor.

They have just three floors to go, highstreet.ng understands.
