Why Aregbesola’s Main Man Adeoti Resigned From Omoluabi Progressive

Moshood Adeoti, a trusted ally of Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola, the former governor of Osun State, has announced his resignation from the Omoluabi Progressive.

Adeoti, a former secretary to the Osun State Government, co-founded the political with Aregbesola and served as the Deputy leader until the latest development.

The respected politician made known his decision to take a final break from the activities of the organisation in a letter dated November 30, 2025, addressed to its chairman.

Adeoti, who described the decision as very difficult, cited persistent pressure from his immediate and extended family reasons behind his resolve to exit the group.

The former SSG expressed appreciation to the leadership and members of the group for the confidence reposed in him over the years and wished them success in their future endeavours.
