Glittering Pictures As Zenith Bank Kicks Off 2025 Yuletide Season With Light-Up Of Headquarters  Corridor

Zenith Bank on Saturday, November 22, 2025, signaled the start of the festive season in Lagos with its much-loved annual light-up ceremony at Ajose Adeogun Street, Victoria Island — a tradition that has grown into one of the city’s biggest visual spectacles.

The event, held at the bank’s iconic headquarters corridor, once again transformed the entire stretch into a glowing festive boulevard, drawing families, tourists, photographers and holiday lovers who came to witness the first burst of Christmas lights for the year.

This year’s decorations, crafted by Quantum Markets, continued the bank’s reputation for breathtaking artistry. Shimmering arches, towering installations, glittering motifs and a wide spectrum of colours illuminated the night, earning admiration from the large crowd gathered for the unveiling.

The ceremonial switch-on, triggering cheers as the street instantly lit up in a dazzling display.

A guest, who described himself as a yearly visitor, said the light-up had become “a part of Lagos December culture—something you don’t want to miss because it reminds you that the celebrations have begun.”

Zenith Bank, recognised for its industry leadership in tier-1 capital, innovation, and dividend performance, has turned the Ajose Adeogun light-up into a landmark event that rivals major festive attractions around the world. Each year, thousands visit the street to take photos, record videos, and soak in the ambience that signals the start of end-of-year festivities across the city.

By the time the final sequence of lights came on, children were already posing near installations, couples were taking selfies, and passerby traffic slowed as drivers captured their own glimpses of the spectacle.

As has become tradition, the 2025 edition once again provided amazing images — scenes that will populate social feeds, frame holiday memories, and reaffirm Ajose Adeogun as one of Lagos’ brightest symbols of the Yuletide spirit.
