Gov Eno Visits Ongoing Projects, Promises Timely Completion

Akwa Ibom State Governor, Pastor Umo Eno, has  today , April 14, paid an unscheduled inspection visit to completed housing units, the access gate, internal road network, and a model primary school at the Aviation Village.

The project comprises 100 housing units, including three-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, a dual carriage access road with internal road network, as well as perimeter fencing covering the entire 15-hectare estate.

Governor Eno who arrived from official engagements in Abuja expressed confidence in the timely completion of the project, which is aimed at providing accommodation for aviation agency staff and others ahead of the commencement of international flight operations at the airport .

He also commended the female contractors involved in the project for demonstrating strong capacity and professionalism. He directed that more projects be awarded to them, noting their ability to deliver on schedule.

Despite the rains, the Governor proceeded to the Dakkada Luxury Estate construction site, where the State Assembly Quarters  and Executive Council Quarters  are being developed, reaffirming his commitment to closely monitor key infrastructure projects across the state.
