The victims were freed by security forces on July 10 after spending nearly two months in captivity.

In a statement signed by Tosin Odufuwa, the group commended President Tinubu’s unwavering commitment to national safety. They specifically highlighted that the rescue was achieved without “payment of ransom or any concession to terrorists,” signaling that the administration remains undaunted in its fight against criminality.

“The safe recovery of the victims sends a clear message that the Nigerian state remains resolute in confronting criminality and safeguarding its citizens,” the group stated.

The movement also praised the courage, professionalism, and sacrifice of the Armed Forces. Concluding the statement, the group urged Nigerians to continue supporting security forces through vigilance and timely information sharing to build a safer nation.
