The wife of Governor Gboyega Oyetola of Osun State, Mrs Kafayat Oyetola has raised an alarm over a Facebook account in her name soliciting funds from members of the public in the fight against Coronavirus.

The Facebook account is fake and opened for a fraudulent purpose, highstreet.ng understands.

Mrs Oyetola, through her handlers, gave “Her Ex Kafayat Oyetola” as the name of the account some unscrupulous elements have activated to defraud unsuspecting public.

Finding revealed individuals behind the act have already begun asking people for a donation to fight the dreaded Coronavirus pandemic.

While the first lady’s handlers have maintained @ilerioluwadevelopmentinitiative remained the governor’s wife only Facebook handle.

Checks revealed security operatives are currently on the trail of the individuals.

Here is how Mrs Oyetola’s aides alerted the public to the activities of the faceless persons…
