Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu has emerged the winner of Edo State All Progressives Congress gubernatorial primary ahead of September 2020 election.

The party primary held today June 22, 2020 across the 18 Local Government Areas of the state.

Pastor Ize-Iyamu polled 27,388 votes to defeat Pius Odubu, a former Deputy Governor in the state and Osaro Obazee.

Odubu came second with 3,776 votes, while Obazee got 2,751 votes.
