Chop Life: Phyno And Flavour Collaborate On New Song

August is proving to be the month of great music. We’ve already seen Burna Boy and Fireboy drop albums. However, the song of the summer may just be Life Lager’s new theme song, featuring brand ambassadors, Phyno, and Flavour.

Titled “Chop Life”, the song is a beautifully crafted highlife rendition, released barely a month after Life lit up the Niger Bridge. The song speaks to Life’s message of Self Preservation and Progress, as Phyno and Flavour deliver stellar verses on a highlife beat produced by Mastekraft.

As many music fans would know, Phyno and Flavour are frequent collaborators with songs like “Vibe”, “Authe” and “Culture”, which also starred the Obiligbo Brothers. This new song is the first ever theme song for Life Lager, as the brand continues its impressive streak after the Lighting of Niger bridge and the brand relaunch.

Both stars are set to link-up this weekend on a live video which will be hosted on their social media pages, and they will be unveiling the song’s video during this live session. Viewers can also catch the show on Life Lager’s social media pages, as well as live on Soundcity TV.

For now though, fans can stream and download the audio via audiomack and soundcloud using the following links:
