Popular Nigerian musician, Majek Fashek – real name – Majekodunmi Fasheke is dead.

He reportedly breathed his last in New York, United State of America.

The news of demise was confirmed in an Instagram post by Joy Tongo, former artiste manager to Cynthia Morgan.

“Legendary musician, Mr Majek Fashek, my uncle passed on today in New York City”, she posted via her handle @joytongo.
