Abdul Samad Rabiu Dedicates “Africa CEO of the Year” Award To Exceptional Team
Abdul Samad Rabiu, the founder and chairman of BUA Group, has dedicated his “Africa CEO of the Year” award to the exceptional team at the conglomerate he founded in 1988.
The billionaire businessman received the prestigious honour at the 2026 Africa CEO Forum held on May 14, 2026, in Kigali, Rwanda.
The event was attended by over 2,000 captains of industry and prominent African leaders, including Nigerian President Bola Tinubu and Rwandan President Paul Kagame.
In a social media post shared on Friday, May 22, 2026, the leading African industrialist expressed his gratitude, stating that the award reflects the collective hard work, dedication, and commitment of his team.
