Africa’s business leader and Chairman of BUA Group, Abdul Samad Rabiu, has just shared a heartwarming news about the brand-new airplane that will soon be added to his fleet of jets.

It’s a Bombardier Global 8000. Interestingly, he personally broke the news of the acquisition via his official social media handle.

With cost of a new bombardier global 8000 pegged at between $78millon and $81 million, HighStreet.ng understands that all arrangements concerning the purchase and delivery have been concluded.

The deal was perfected at BUA Group office in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

“Another exciting deal with Bombardier, bringing their newest flagship Global 8000 into our fleet, with the agreement finalised in our Dubai office,” the billionaire excitedly wrote about the development.

Checks by highstreet.ng revealed Bombardier Global 8000 to be a large business jet known for being the world’s fastest civilian aircraft since the Concorde, with a top speed of Mach 0.95 and a range of 8,000 nautical miles.
It features a highly customizable interior with four distinct living areas, the lowest cabin altitude in business aviation, and advanced avionics. It is powered by two General Electric Passport engines and is built on the Global 7500 platform, with existing owners able to upgrade to the new specifications.
