Akeredolu Celebrates Lead In Ondo Guber Election With Special Number
Rotimi Akeredolu, the governor of Ondo State and candidate of the Ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) in the Saturday, October 10 gubernatorial election has taking to his social media handle to celebrate his comfortable lead at the poll.
And he did this simply with a special number.
‘Great is Thy faithfulness! Great is Thy faithfulness!Morning by morning new mercies I see;All I have needed Thy hand hath provided—Great is Thy faithfulness, Lord, unto me!’, joyous Akeredolu posted on his Facebook page.
According to results from 14 Local Government Area so far announced by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) Mr Akeredolu has won in 11 with 213,251 votes and leading the two other contenders – Eyitayo Jegede of PDP and Agboola Ajayi of Zenith Labour Party – with a margin of 53,380 votes.
