Another Thrilling Week Of Action As Live Airing Of WWE Starts On Thursday

Fans of the WWE can gear up for another thrilling week of action on SuperSport, with live airings of the NXT, SmackDown and Raw shows running from Thursday 12 to Tuesday 17 November 2020.

SuperSport is your #HomeOfSport and the only place to see all your favourites from the WWE Universe!

The action begins on the morning of Thursday 12 November with WWE NXT Episode 590. NXT Superstar Tommaso Ciampa, following a brutal match with Velveteen Dream, talked to the limited crowd about how wrestling can help heal the world.

“Listen, guys, 2020 is weird,” said Ciampa. “This entire year is strange, hate is consuming this country and this world, and I look out to each and every one of you [the fans] and all I feel is love. It’s gonna start, as silly as it sounds, as dumb as it may sound to people outside of our bubble, outside of our circle, of our family, we know it to be true: this is how it starts. It starts with something like professional wrestling. So many different cultures, communities, people of different ages, races, religions, all in one building chanting the same thing with passion, with love.”

Saturday 14 November brings Episode 1108 of WWE SmackDown. With Survivor Series looming, SmackDown’s Ruby Riott says she is ready to go full throttle at their rivals on Raw: “This is my first Survivor Series and I couldn’t be more ready,” said Riott. “Myself and my tag team partner Liv Morgan are back on SmackDown where we belong, where it all began, here on the blue brand. And I cannot wait to show the red brand exactly why we are here.”

Tuesday 17 November will feature Episode 1434 of WWE Raw. The Retribution faction have promised to clean out the WWE, including the women’s division. “It has been reigned over by some dancing clown for far too long, in [the shape of] Asuka,” said Reckoning.

Meanwhile, The Miz was furious at how his attempt to cash in the Money in the Bank contract was spoiled by former WWE Champion Drew McIntyre. “Drew had no business getting his big, ugly nose into our business,” exclaimed The Miz. “I was this close to cashing in and becoming WWE champion. Drew is nothing more than a selfish petulant child. He is so jealous of my fame and success that he couldn’t allow me to have my moment.”
