Billionaire Taiwo Afolabi Buys Another N3.5billion property In Lagos

The billionaire businessman behind Sifax Group, Taiwo Afolabi has just sealed another big-money properties deal.

Information available to highstreet.ng revealed Mr Afolabi’s new acquisitions to be three big warehouses.

Checks revealed Ijora area of Lagos as the specific location of the properties.

And they are located in the same proximity, a familiar source disclosed.

The wealthy player in the maritime sector reportedly parted with all of N3.5billion to acquire the properties.

Sources disclosed the businessman who also has his hand in Aviation, Haulage, Hospitality, Finance Services, and Oil and Gas sectors of the economy perfected the deal in August 2020.

There are indications the properties will be converted to serve as bonded terminal for the respected man of commerce’s cargo business.
