Bishop Samuel Ezeofor Hails Soludo’s Digital Empowerment Initiative In Anambra

The digital training of citizens of Anambra state through the technological programmes of the Solution Innovation District (SID)’s One Million Digital Tribe innovation scheme of Governor Charles Soludo has received commendation from Bishop Samuel Ezeofor of the Church of Nigeria, Anglican Communion.

Bishop Ezeofor applauded Governor Soludo’s innovation training for Anambra people, particularly the youths, as an empowerment scheme that would broaden their horizons in various aspects of technology for economic productivity.

In a report by Adichie Izuchukwu, the Senior Special Assistant to Governor Soludo on New Media, Bishop Ezeofor urges Anambra youth to seize the opportunity presented by the SID’s One Million Digital Tribe programme to enhance their technology skills, a free initiative from Soludo, which he described as the Solution Governor.

He lauded the efforts of Soludo, saying, “The good news about this is that everything is free, the expenses taken care of by the government of Anambra state. This is part of the digital revolution, thank you, Mr. Governor, for using taxpayers’ money for the people”.

The bishop added, “It is to transform the lives of the people who have registered and participated. It is a top-notch training in tech programme for youths, with certificates in relevant courses, as well as job opportunities. We have asked our clergy to let our members know so that they will register”.

The bishop who hails from Orumba North of the state further asserted that Soludo has also done well in bringing the tech revolution to Anambra, coupled with his infrastructural transformation of the various sectors of the economy.
