BUA Group Engages Shrijee For Further Works At LASUCO Sugar Mill & Refinery

BUA Group has finalised arrangements with Shrijee Process Engineering Works to undertake additional works at LASUCO Sugar Mill and Refinery.

LASUCO Sugar, owned by BUA Foods limited – a subsidiary of BUA Group – with a multipurpose facility which includes 20,000-hectare sugarcane plantation, a 10,000-tonnes-per-day sugar mill, a 200,000-tonnes-per-annum sugar refinery, and an ethanol plant, is located in Lafiaji, Kwara State.

Signing of relevant documents ahead of commencement of the undertaking was perfected at Dubai, United Arab Emirates’ office of BUA Group on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, available information revealed.

Chairman Abdul Samad Rabiu represented BUA Group at the signing event while Chief Executive Office Sachin Agarwal signed for Shrijee Group.
