BUA Group Signs Agreement With Green Power Int’l To Swell IRS Flour & Pasta Expansion With 22MW Power Plant

On December 2, 2025, BUA Group, a Nigerian Conglomerate with wealthy businessman, Abdul Samad Rabiu as chairman, sealed a deal with Green Power International PVT Limited to construct a 22-Megawatt Gas Based Power Plant for the IRS Flour & Pasta Expansion Projects

IRS Flour & Pasta is a subsidiary of BUA Foods PLC.

The signing event, with Chairman Abdul Samad Rabiu representing BUA Group, held at the BUA company’s Middle East office in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

With Rabih Yazbeck, a  Regional Director with MWM in attendance; Ashu Jain, an Executive Director, led Green Power International PVT Limited to the signing ceremony.
