The operation of the financial institution, First City Monument Bank(FCMB) is in shambles.

Societynow.ng gathered this development is as a result of the financial institution’s system collapsed.

Sources disclosed that FCMB which was founded by Otunba Subomi Balogun started experiencing the pains of a troubled banking operation early morning yesterday, Thursday, January 30, 2020.

Societynow.ng gathered that by midday tales of missing funds, disrupted businesses from customers rent the air as transactions fail to go through.

Multiple sources confirmed that funds sent from other sources were not received as different payment platforms belonging to FCMB, particularly the mobile payment platform suffer the system collapse crisis.

“The money is for my children’s school fees”, “It is meant for my workers”, “It is my aged parents welfare”, ‘’It is for a very vital purpose’’ are some of the claims of anguish made by FCMB customers who fail to get funds sent to them as the system collapse problem rages on.

The checks made by societynow.ng revealed that Information Technology experts within the bank are battling to resolve the crisis.

Insiders insist that there are people within the bank who have not taken a rest from attempts to solve the crisis since it started.
