Edo Deputy Gov Phillip Shuaibu Faces Impeachment

Information filtering in indicated the Deputy Governor of Edo State, Phillip Shuaibu is battling possible impeachment.

Highstreet.ng gathered the Edo State House of Assembly just served him notice of impeachment.

Sources who are familiar with the development maintain he has seven days to respond to the notice.

Mr Shuaibu and his boss, Governor Godwin Obaseki have been at loggerheads following unreconcilable disagreement.

They, as a matter of fact, became estranged almost immediately after they were sworn in as Governor and Deputy Governor of the south-south state.
