Gov Diri Visits Bayelsa Billionaire’s Ongoing Refinery Project
Bayelsa State Governor, Senator Douye Diri, has visited the Azikel Refinery project site in Yenagoa LGA.
The Governor after a facility tour conducted by the President of Azikel Group of Companies, Dr. Godbless Azibapu Eruani, commended the company for siting the project in the State.
“This is one proof that Bayelsans have what it takes upstairs to do what anybody can do anywhere in the World. I am very delighted and it is heartwarming that a son of Bayelsa is in this and almost being completed. I congratulate you on behalf of your state and government for bringing this to us.
“We call on all Bayelsans, that this is one example for all of us in Bayelsa, both old and young that it is not good to be out there and be complaining when the resources and issues are right here with us to invest”
The Governor was accompanied on the visit by the State Commissioner for Environment, Hon. Ebi Ben Ololo, Commsioner for Youth Development, Mr. Alfred Kemepado and other top government functionaries.
