Gov Fayemi Tells Why He Should Be Allowed To Rule Nigeria
The governor of Ekiti State, Kayode Fayemi has revealed why he should be voted for as the next president of the country.
Fayemi, who is the Chairman of the Nigerian Governors’ Forum, is one of the prominent politicians aspiring to be the president of Nigeria on the platform of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).
The presidential election holds in 2023.
“My ambition is about building a prosperous nation”, Mr Fayemi has reportedly disclosed.
He made the statement in Kaduna on Thursday, May 19, 2022, when he visited to seek for votes from APC’s delegates in the State.
Fayemi, who insisted Nigerian presidency should not be for the highest bidder, said he’s equipped with what it takes to lead the country out of its current situation.
According to a report monitored on punchng.com by highstreet.ng, Fayemi stated he was the bridge-builder and unifier the nation needed at this time.
“I am a bridge-builder. I am a unifier. This is a visit to say ‘hello’ and share my vision and leave you to be the judge of who to pilot the new Nigeria that we are yearning for”, he said.
