Agbowo Shopping Complex is located opposite the University of Ibadan in the capital city of Oyo State.

The mall reportedly seats on approximately 30 plots of land.

The governor, highstreet learnt, is being accused of “selling Agbowo Shopping Complex to himself for peanuts under the guise of leasing it to Messrs Whitestone Global Limited for 50 years”.

The APC group insisted Whitestone Global Limited, the lessee, is owned by Governor Makinde, through his cronies.
