How MTN Nigeria Thrilled Fans At The Aisha Buhari Cup Opener

The Aisha Buhari Cup Tournament kicked off with a remarkable two-nil win by the Super Falcons of Nigeria against the Mail Women Footballers. MTN Nigeria was present to excite and entertain fans at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena with various side attractions. Souvenirs were also distributed to spectators, enhancing their viewing experience. 

The game was goalless until the 82nd minute when Gift Monday, a former captain of the Nigerian U-20, scored the first goal for the Super Falcons. She went on to score the second goal in the 90th minute, causing wide jubilation and drawing commendation from spectators.

Among the dignitaries present at the stadium were, Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu;  Deputy Governor of Edo State, Philip Shaibu; FIFA President, President Gianni Infantino and President of the Nigeria Football Federation, Amaju Pinnick. Also present were senior management staff of MTN Nigeria, led by the Acting General Manager, Brands and Communications, Emamoke Ogoro. 

Following its partnership deal with NFF, MTN Nigeria has come up to speed, making sure fans are treated to thrilling football experiences while cheering on the national teams in their games against their opponents.
