Busari Peace, the Nigerian lady who was offered for sale on Facebook by Wael Jerro – a Lebanese – has been rescued.

Chairman of Nigerians in Diaspora Commission (NIDCOM), Abike Dabiri-Erewa, who broke the news of her freedom via a tweet on Tuesday April 28, 2020, said she is presently with the Nigerian Mission in Lebanon.

“BREAKING
Update on the Nigerian girl that was put up for Sale by a Lebanese man, Wael Jerro, she has been rescued and presently with the Nigerian Mission in Lebanon”, she tweeted.
