Pictures: Gov Makinde Pays Condolence Visit To Ajimobi’s Widow
Governor of Oyo State, Seyi Makinde, paid a condolence visit to Mrs Florence Ajimobi, the widow of former governor Abiola Ajimobi, over the demise of his first daughter, Abisola Kola-Daisi.
Makinde made the visit, in the company of few of his men, in the evening hours of yesterday, April 22, 2025.
Abisola, married to Kolapo Kola-Daisi – son of Ibadan-born industrialist, Chief Kola Daisi – died on March 27, 2025, in a United Kingdom hospital following a battle with breast cancer.
“Last night, we paid a condolence visit to Her Excellency Mrs Florence Ajimobi over the passing of her beloved first daughter, Mrs Abisola Kola-Daisi. May her soul rest in peace and may God continue to comfort all those she left behind to mourn her painful exit”, Governor Makinde remarked on the visit via his Facebook handle.
