Abdul Samad Rabiu Doles Out N30bn Monetary Rewards To BUA Group’s Long-Serving Staff

Billionaire founder and Chairman of BUA Group, Abdul Samad Rabiu, has given out all of  N30 billion in monetary rewards to long-serving staff of the organisation he founder in 1988.

The monetary rewards were announced at the 2025 BUA Night of Excellence held at the Eko Convention Centre, Victoria Island, Lagos on Saturday, December 13, 2025.

With the cheques in N100 million, N200 million, N250 million, N500 million and N1 billion categories, the beneficiaries mounted the stage to pick the rewards of their diligency from BUA group founder.

Younger brother of Mr Rabiu and Group Executive Director, Kabiru Rabiu, got an undisclosed amount beyond the listed categories.

1,768 people benefited.
