Super TV CEO Murder: Chidinma Tells Court She’s Not Guilty

Chidinma Ojukwu, the 300-level Mass Communication student of the University of Lagos standings trial for alleged murder of the Super TV Chief Executive Officer, Michael Usifo Ataga, has told court she is not guilty.

The university undergraduate pleaded not guilty to the crime today October 12, 2021.

She was arranged alongside One Adedapo Quadri as prime suspects in the murder case.

Mr Ataga was gruesomely murdered on June 15, 2021, somewhere in Lekki, Lagos.

Also in court as suspect in the murder case was Chidinma’s sister, Egbuchu Chioma.

Her sin was being in possession of late Ataga’s iPhone 7.

The trio were arraigned before Justice Yetunde Adesanya of the Lagos State High Court sitting at the Tafawa Balewa Square.

Mrs Olayinka Adeyemi of Lagos State Department of Public Prosecution is the prosecutor in charge of the murder trail.
