Supreme Court Justice Sylvester Ngwuta Passes On

Tragedy has hit the Supreme Court of Nigeria as one of its Justices, Syĺvester Nwali Ngwuta passed on this morning in Abuja.

Sources at the apex court confirmed that Justice Ngwuta died in the early morning of today in his sleep.

He was said to have passed away in his sleep at his official residence in Abuja at the age of almost seventy years.

Justice Ngwuta was said to be getting set for his retirement from the Supreme Court on 30th March, 2021 upon attainment of 70 years mandatory retirement age.
