Video: How These People Are Celebrating “Africa’s Biggest Giver” Abdul Samad Rabiu At 64

Abdul Samad Rabiu, the billionaire founder of BUA Group and the Abdul Samad Rabiu (ASR) Africa Initiative is a year older and those in his employment “rolled out drums” in celebration of his special day.

Born on August 4, 1960, the exceptional business leader – whose philanthropic effort is reputed to to be the largest on the continent of Africa –  turns 64 today.

Founded in March 2021, Abdul Samad Rabiu’s ASR Africa Initiative doles out $100 million annually in response to health, education and social challenges across Africa.

Interestingly, staff from across subsidiaries of BUA Group – the Nigerian conglomerate with interests foods, infrastructure, mining, and manufacturing sectors of the nation’s economy –  made it a memorable occasion with a special video celebrating “Africa’s biggest giver” and equally wishing him a wonderful celebration.
