Video: Wants All Marketers Directed To Its Refinery – NMDPRA CEO Addresses Claims Of Frustrating Dangote

The Chief Executive Officer of Nigerian Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority (NMDPRA), Farouk Ahmed has explained what the regulatory body is doing to ensure that petroleum products are readily available in the country.

The top official who also touched on state of Dangote Refinery and other private refineries spoke in an interview with State House Digital.

Here is the video where he insisted Dangote Refinery is “still in pre commissioning stage and has not been licensed yet”.
