Why Gov Aiyedatiwa Lifted Owo Curfew

Ondo State Governor, Dr. Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, has approved the lifting of the curfew earlier imposed on Owo community in Owo local government area of the State.

This follows an improvement in the security situation of the community and the peaceful conduct of residents.

With this development, residents of Owo can resume their daily civic activities and movement without any hindrance.

The Governor thanked security agencies, traditional rulers, religious leaders and all other stakeholders who rose to the challenge of restoring peace and order to the community.
