Nigerian Billionaire Taiwo Afolabi Erects Big Money Mansion In Ogun State

Taiwo Olayinka Afolabi, the respected billionaire who notably plays in the maritime sector of the economy, is erecting a big money mansion in Ogun state, information at the disposal of highstreet.ng just revealed.

Afolabi, a holder LLB certificate in Law from University Lagos, is the chairman of big name in the maritime sector, SIFAX Group.

Sifax Group is a conglomerate with interests in Maritime, Aviation, Haulage, Hospitality, Financial Services and Oil and Gas.

Sources who have access to the 59 years old businessman – born on April 29, 1962 – disclosed Ijebu Ode to be the specific location of the massive structure Mr. Afolabi is giving much attention.

And the native of Idokunusi Ijebu, in Ijebu East Local Government Area of Ogun State, is said to have budgeted over a billion naira to make it habitable in no time.

“It is sitting on all of seven plots of land and nearing completion”, a source confided in highstreet.ng.

It would serve as the country home of the man of mean who recently made a statement in the hospitality sector of the nation’s economy with his Ikeja GRA Lagos newly commissioned Lagos Marriott Hotel, highstreet.ng understands.

Further checks have it that the builder handling the project has till the last quarter of this year to deliver the soon-to-be wondrous home.
